Hiring policies include: Mandatory background checks, credit, criminal, DMV, drug and pre-employment testing. We maintain complete supervision of on-site personnel, administer performance evaluations, and prepare and distribute payroll.
There are occasionally openings for on-site managers, assistant managers and maintenance personnel at various locations throughout San Diego County. Experience is desired, but on-site managers do not need to have a real estate license. Apartment Community Supervisors and Residential Rental Managers do need to be real estate licensees but openings are rare, as are openings for accounting, receptionist or secretarial positions. Full command of the English language is mandatory and conversational Spanish is a plus. Directions: From East (Escondido, San Marcos, etc.) on Highway 78, traveling West, take the Vista Village exit and turn left to go over the freeway. Once on the South side, turn right on Hacienda Drive and continue for approximately 1/2 mile. You will go past LA Fitness, the traffic at Breeze Hill Road and the island of trees in the middle of the road. We will be immediately after, on the right side.
From the West (Carlsbad, Oceanside, etc.) on Highway 78, pass through Oceanside going East and take the Melrose Drive exit. Take a right from the exit and make an immediate hard right onto Hacienda Drive. Go approximately 1/2 mile. Go past LA Fitness, the traffic light at Breeze Hill Road and the island of trees in the middle of the road. You will see us immediately on the right side.
