Directions: From East (Escondido, San Marcos, etc.) on Highway 78, traveling West, take the Vista Village exit and turn left to go over the freeway. Once on the South side, turn right on Hacienda Drive and continue for approximately 1/2 mile. You will go past LA Fitness, the traffic at Breeze Hill Road and the island of trees in the middle of the road. We will be immediately after, on the right side.
From the West (Carlsbad, Oceanside, etc.) on Highway 78, pass through Oceanside going East and take the Melrose Drive exit. Take a right from the exit and make an immediate hard right onto Hacienda Drive. Go approximately 1/2 mile. Go past LA Fitness, the traffic light at Breeze Hill Road and the island of trees in the middle of the road. You will see us immediately on the right side.

HOW DO I....
....SEE A HOME? You may view most vacant properties by visiting our office at 901 Hacienda Dr., Vista. Please leave a $20.00 CASH deposit for the key, and a copy of your photo I.D. See the home at your convenience, on your schedule. When you return the key, your deposit will be refunded immediately. Some properties will need to be shown by one of our agents. For instance, if a property is occcupied or has a security alarm, you will need an appointment and at least 24 hours prior notice, so be sure to check with us first, 760-758-6000.
.... APPLY FOR A RENTAL? If you want to apply for a particular property but can't visit our office immediately, you can fax the application with your pay stubs and I.D. to our office (760-758-7519). However, you will still have to bring in your processing fee ($25.00 each adult - cash or money orders only) before your application can be processed and we can only wait 24 hours. This will put you in first place for that 24 hour period to enable you to bring in your fee and any additional documentation. However, we cannot hold your place for longer than that. If someone else is interested and the time period has expired without you completing the requirements, you will be bumped to 2nd place. Call if you need any help or have any additional questions.
